NOTE:  This is your notice of the annual general meeting, flea market
meal  and request to snail mail a cheque for the meal.  You will NOT
be getting a snail mail notice.     Also note that the meeting will
be discussing the possible merging of EHARSA with another club.

The  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Eagle Hill Amateur Radio Society
of Alberta will be held at the National Hall, Mundare, Alberta,
Sunday, March 21nd, 2010.

Directions - From the Yellowhead north on highway 855, west (left) at
the water tower which resembles a pop can and proceed one
block west.  Large white building on southwest corner at north end of
downtown  Mundare.  Talk In frequency 146.52.

Bring your surplus radio and miscellaneous items for the 'flea
market', your hearty  appetites for the dinner and your concerns and
ideas for the betterment of Amateur Radio, of the
EHARSA and of repeater VE6RJK.

Schedule
10:00 am Registration, flea market, socialization
12:00 am Traditional Ukrainian meal, buffet style
1:30 pm Annual General Meeting
At some point a convoy to VE6JY contest site.    3.5 km SW of
Lamont.  Talk in on 146.52

Flea market tables

The flea market, personal displays and commercial displays shall
operate on a first come first serve basis with no charge levied to
the users for the use of the space and the tables. Each participant
is responsible to set up their display in such a manner as to use the
available space in an efficient  manner without infringing on the
space of the adjacent displays.
Each participant is responsible for their displays from the time of
setup to the time that the display is taken down.

The EHARSA shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage(s)
absolute and/or losses incurred by the  participants.
